Standard Stock Items
You may return unused and undamaged* items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be returned in their original packaging using the same standard of service we used for delivery to you. If these are being sent from outside the UK you should mark the outside of the package "goods returned for refund/exchange". We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.Please advise us by email, fax or telephone before you return any item.
* Any damage in transit must be notified to us within three days of delivery by telephone, fax or email. We will then agree with you the action to be taken.
